Commercial Sales Associate

About the role

OTTO Waste Systems is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to expand its footprint across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored waste‑management solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits to generate qualified leads.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tenders that meet customer specifications.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight solution benefits.
• Follow up on enquiries promptly to convert leads into confirmed sales orders.
• Provide after‑sales support to foster long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and CRM records for forecasting.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities and threats.

Required profile

• Experience in environmental, waste‑management, cleaning equipment, facilities management, or related sectors is preferred.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred for site visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset.
