About the role
Join the culinary team of two iconic Singapore hotels and support daily kitchen operations as a Commis Cook. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, preparing ingredients and ensuring that every dish meets the high standards expected by our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily mise‑en‑place and prepare ingredients for service.
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas to uphold food‑safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow recipes accurately, manage stock, and adjust cooking based on guest preferences.
- Stay updated on new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
- Know all menu items, daily highlights, and promotions to assist the service team.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a basic culinary role.
- Knowledge of various culinary techniques.
- Culinary certificate preferred.
