Community Executive – AI Singapore

About the role

The Community Executive will join AI Singapore (AISG) at Nanyang Technological University to drive community growth and engagement across AI‑focused programmes. You will be the main point of contact for members, organise events, and create compelling content that showcases the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular and ad‑hoc online and offline community events such as webinars, AMAs, meetups and workshops.
• Support industry‑and community‑building activities linked to AIxTech, AIAP, LADP and AIIP programmes.
• Act as the primary liaison on community platforms, responding to inquiries, monitoring brand sentiment and escalating issues.
• Coordinate with technical staff to provide community support and align strategies with business goals.
• Manage member onboarding, nurture relationships and grow followership on social media and community pages.
• Adapt and create engaging content, maintain an editorial calendar and optimise for lead generation.
• Gather member feedback, analyse community metrics and report insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree with at least 3 years of experience in developer relations, community operations, corporate communications, hospitality management or digital communications.
• Strong platform knowledge, familiarity with media and community‑engagement tools, and marketing automation.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
