Complex Project Manager – Global SAP S4HANA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Complex Project Manager to lead a large‑scale Global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on standardising and harmonising business processes across multiple regions, business units and legal entities, delivering a global SAP template and coordinating multi‑country deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Design, govern and implement a global SAP template while balancing standardisation with local requirements.
• Manage global rollout waves across multiple countries, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and issues.
• Coordinate globally distributed teams including business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical experts, system integrators and external vendors.
• Oversee cut‑over planning, data migration, testing, go‑live activities and hyper‑care support.
• Ensure integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BW/Analytics and third‑party applications.
• Provide executive‑level reporting, governance and stakeholder management.
• Drive change management, user training and business adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in global organisations.
• Proven hands‑on experience with global template design and multi‑country SAP deployments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Finance and Logistics processes and ecosystem integrations.
• Successful track record leading globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and multiple full‑lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Consulting or professional services background preferred.
