Compliance Summer Intern

About the role

Moody's is looking for a Compliance Summer Intern in Singapore, within its MIS Segment Compliance team. The team partners with business leaders and stakeholders to promote a culture of integrity and transparency, offering strategic advice and oversight on regulatory and compliance matters. The internship is a 10-week programme carried out on site.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in monitoring and promoting compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, policies and standards
• Manage assigned responsibilities, prioritising tasks and delivering quality results within set timelines
• Assist in preparing and analysing compliance reports, dashboards and key performance metrics
• Contribute to project execution with increasing independence and accountability
• Take part in APAC and global meetings, training sessions and cross-functional initiatives

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Law, Finance or a related discipline, expected to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028
• Available to join a 10-week internship and work on site during the programme
• Integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct; proactive, adaptable and dependable
• Strong willingness to learn, organised, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and responsible AI practices, including ethics, governance and risk management
