Computer Technician – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Computer Technician to diagnose, repair and upgrade PCs, notebooks and all‑in‑one systems. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, providing expert advice and ensuring high‑quality service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks and AIO systems.
• Assemble, disassemble and re‑configure laptops and desktops for repairs and upgrades.
• Perform quality checks, quality control and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility in all tasks.
• Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training.

Required profile

• Personal experience with repairing computers and hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Entry‑level or fresh graduate with a strong interest in IT hardware.
• Willingness to learn new repair techniques and technologies.
