About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Computer Technician to diagnose, repair and upgrade PCs, notebooks and all‑in‑one systems for our clients. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting and providing expert advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks and AIO systems to determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate repairs and upgrades.
- Perform quality checks, quality control and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers, improving their understanding of the solutions.
- Maintain a positive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks.
- Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to improve technical skills.
Required profile
- Fresh/entry‑level candidates with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Hands‑on experience repairing computers to support troubleshooting and repair tasks.
