Concierge Executive – Walk‑in Interview (Bugis, Singapore)

About the role

Our client, a leading property management company in Singapore, is seeking a customer‑focused Concierge Executive to join the team at their Bugis location. The role involves welcoming tenants, visitors and guests, providing accurate information and ensuring a high‑standard service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist tenants, visitors and guests with a professional and friendly approach.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including walk‑in enquiries, phone calls and emails.
• Provide timely and accurate information to occupants and visitors.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues according to SOPs.
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑Levels.
• At least 2 years of experience in concierge, front desk, customer service or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Contract employment with a monthly salary of SGD 2,400 – 3,100.
