About the role
The Condominium Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of condominiums across Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the condominium.
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and site staff.
- Engage maintenance, repairs and improvements to the condominium.
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Manage expenditure, budgets, financial records and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and related regulations.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes and convene/attend council meetings and AGMs.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in condominium management.
- Mature, independent and able to lead a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Diligent, well‑organized and committed to excellence.
