Construction Project Manager – Competitive Pay & Bonus

About the role

The full-time Site Project Manager will work exclusively on site, assisting the architect with project management and day‑to‑day operations to deliver upgrading works on schedule, within budget and to the required quality while ensuring safety and minimal disruption to residents. The role reports to the project architect and collaborates closely with contractors, consultants and residents to ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver upgrading works, phases and the overall project within the approved schedule and budget.
• Ensure the required quality standards are met.
• Carry out works safely and minimise inconvenience to residents.

Required profile

• Hold a recognised degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field, accredited by Singapore professional bodies or BCA.
• Minimum 5 years post‑graduate experience in building construction (preferably HDB projects) or at least 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
