Construction Project Manager (HDB Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead HDB and MOE projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Overall development, implementation and completion of construction projects within schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan client schedules, coordinate resources (materials, manpower, facilities, consumables) and translate them into effective project schedules.
• Ensure traceability of headcount, processes, site safety and equipment; maintain process stability and control.
• Detect resource issues and execute corrective actions.
• Liaise with client representatives and consultants; conduct meetings with subcontractors, suppliers and site staff.
• Ensure works conform to contractual specifications during construction, handover and maintenance periods.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, report issues, review and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with subcontractor management procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board or equivalent qualification for Resident Engineer registration.
• Minimum 5 years of local experience in building and construction, with at least 3 years managing design and construction teams on HDB/MOE projects.
• Strong project and time management capabilities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
