Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with clients, designers, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or multiple construction sites, overseeing daily operations and progress.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, and consultants on design specifications and feasibility.
• Coordinate with logistics and machinery departments to secure resources and optimize work methods.
• Provide technical advice, risk management, and continuous improvement suggestions.
• Lead the project team, allocate manpower, and monitor performance against short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved specifications and safety standards.
• Review progress with quantity surveyors, monitor costs, and obtain necessary approvals before work commences.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building and Project Management, or a related specialist diploma.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong project planning capabilities.
