About the role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Changi, Singapore. The role involves overseeing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities on site.
- Manage project budgets, timelines and resources.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and client specifications.
- Communicate progress and issues with stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and mentor site teams and subcontractors.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in construction project management.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.
