Construction Project Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Construction Project Supervisor to lead spatial and environmental design initiatives, master planning, and story creation for our projects. You will support project leaders in daily operations and ensure timely delivery of deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop inventive design concepts that reflect research and location criteria.
• Assist project leaders with day‑to‑day operations and delegated tasks.
• Manage time, communication, and reporting with the Project Lead and team members.
• Attend office meetings, briefings, and provide regular progress updates.
• Oversee moderate‑complexity projects from proposal through construction to closeout.
• Maintain safety for yourself, team members, clients, and visitors at all times.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant construction or design experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to construction sites.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
