Construction Site Administrator

About the role

The Construction Site Administrator provides professional administrative support on active construction sites, ensuring smooth information flow between the head office and the site team. This role acts as the primary document controller and handles day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Control and manage project documents, including filing, sorting, printing, circulation and storage of correspondences.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and project‑related communications.
• Generate emails, reports and other correspondence as required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for information exchange between the head office and the construction site.
• Maintain site office equipment such as computers, copy machines and fax machines.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Required profile

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in a construction environment.
• Comfortable working on a construction site and able to adapt to a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong independent work ethic with the ability to multitask and handle stress.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
