Construction Site Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead daily operations across our island‑wide projects in Singapore. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor daily construction activities.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring proper manpower and equipment are available.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants and clients to meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify and control site hazards, conduct inspections and arrange rectifications.
• Track project costs, materials, manpower and equipment, minimizing waste.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and inspection documentation.
• Manage subcontractor performance and oversee final inspections, testing and handover.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in renovation works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
• Proven leadership ability and effective communication with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
• Ability to respond to calls and texts at any time, work six days a week including Sundays.
• Valid driving licence.
