About the role
We are looking for a proactive Construction Site Supervisor to join NEW STAR SOLUTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. across Singapore. The role involves supporting project teams on building maintenance, defect rectification and coordinating subcontractors while ensuring safety and productivity on site.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the project team with on‑site matters for building maintenance and defect works.
- Coordinate A&A works, manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Lead and supervise on‑site workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and site rules.
- Transport workers between dormitory and site as required.
- Oversee daily operations of the workforce and report to management.
- Perform any additional tasks directed by management.
Required profile
- Recognized trade certificates or related qualifications.
- 1–2 years of construction trade experience (candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply).
