About the role
We are looking for a proactive Construction Supervisor & General Foreman to lead daily site activities, ensure smooth operations, and uphold safety standards on our projects in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise site work schedules.
- Update daily work status to the Planner.
- Attend and contribute to daily coordination meetings.
- Collaborate with the Planner on future activity planning.
- Manage daily activities efficiently and productively.
- Monitor work logs of all assigned subordinates.
- Schedule overtime during peak periods or as needed.
- Enforce company and government safety regulations.
- Requisition materials and replacement parts to maintain continuity.
- Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in good working order.
- Oversee on‑the‑job training for probationary workers.
Required profile
- Experience in site planning and supervision.
- Ability to monitor and report daily work progress.
- Strong knowledge of safety policies and regulations.
- Capability to manage overtime and workforce allocation.
- Experience overseeing training of new workers.
