About the role
We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to direct and oversee daily site activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet required specifications. The role involves managing subcontractors, workers, and maintaining safety and quality standards on our construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Direct daily site activities, subcontractors, and workers to ensure tasks meet schedule and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify construction quality, safety compliance, and spot bottlenecks early.
- Hold daily briefings and meetings to ensure clear communication with on‑site workers.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies per the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA).
- Track and record equipment usage, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate machinery and equipment on‑site to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.
- Keep precise daily site logs of work progress and delays.
- Participate in weekly meetings with managers and subcontractors to report progress and resolve issues.
