Construction Project Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of construction projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
• Review construction progress regularly and conduct status meetings with all parties.
• Report directly to the Project Director.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by PEB or BCA.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Preferably experience with DSTA projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
