Consultant – Cyber Defence & Resilience (Offsec)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to strengthen our clients' cyber defences and resilience. You will work on identifying vulnerabilities, simulating real‑world attacks and delivering actionable security recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess systems, networks and applications for security weaknesses.
• Simulate cyber attacks using penetration testing techniques.
• Document findings and produce detailed remediation reports.
• Develop and execute penetration testing methodologies across software, web, mobile and network environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall security posture.
• Stay current with emerging threats, tools and best practices.
• Provide security awareness training to staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in conducting security assessments and penetration tests.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new cyber threats.
