Consultant / Senior Analyst, Rewards Advisory

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Consultant / Senior Analyst for its Rewards Advisory practice, based in the Singapore office. You will own end-to-end client accounts and deliver broad-based rewards projects across domains such as job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, STI design and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client account management.
• Deliver and support broad-based rewards projects, including job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, STI design and performance management.
• Facilitate and lead the decision-making needed to move projects to completion.
• Manage and mitigate risks and ensure a change control process is in place.
• Guide analysts in project teams on technical aspects and be accountable for the quality of their analyses.
• Build expertise and a point of view on industry and generic reward trends for Singapore.
• Ensure consistent standards of delivery excellence.
• Support executive compensation projects, including board evaluation, LTI design, KPI setting and executive compensation benchmarking.

Required profile

• Prior broad-based rewards experience in a consulting and/or in-house role.
• Expertise in executive compensation is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent client engagement skills for presenting proposals, points of view and project outcomes.
• Target-driven, agile and highly motivated.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
