Consultant / Senior Consultant, Business Consulting

About the role

The Business Consulting team is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to provide expert advice on internal control, corporate governance and enterprise risk. You will work directly with clients to improve processes, assess controls and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on internal control and business process improvements.
• Deliver advisory services such as control self‑assessments, corporate governance reviews and enterprise risk assessments.
• Conduct on‑site reviews, including overseas travel when required.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and audit committees.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen risk management and control frameworks.
• Manage projects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop professionally through exposure to diverse services and industries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advisory services related to internal control, governance or risk assessment.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site engagements.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
