Consultant / Senior Consultant - Lifestyle & Consumer Goods

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant in its Lifestyle & Consumer Goods practice. You will shape the future of luxury, FMCG and retail industries, working with leading luxury brands, consumer brands, retailers and hospitality providers from high-level strategy through to implementation. The role is multi-disciplinary, covering corporate strategy, product, marketing, commerce and operations, supported by digital, data and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Work on strategic challenges such as brand positioning, portfolio strategy and go-to-market models
• Support transformation programmes including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimisation, category development, operating model redesign and digital transformation
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses to give clients actionable insights
• Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking and the co-creation and delivery of recommendations
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams, often with exposure to C-level management

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a strategic role in a luxury, consumer goods or retail company; less experienced candidates may be considered for a more junior position
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense of prioritisation
• A fast learner who thrives on diverse challenges and changing environments
• Ability to move between strategic vision and operational detail, speaking both business and numbers fluently
• Fluency in English is a must
• A good understanding of the luxury / consumer goods / retail ecosystem is a strong plus

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. GenAI, analytics, automation) to deliver consulting engagements
