Consulting – Workforce Transformation Year-End Internship

About the role

Join PwC’s Workforce Transformation team for a year‑end internship (December 2026 – February 2027). You will be immersed in People & Organisation consulting, supporting clients as they redesign HR functions, workforce strategy, and workplace models.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and redesign of HR processes, workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Support the development of digital solutions and IT system assessments for client organisations.
• Contribute to business modelling, process improvement and organisational design activities.
• Participate in project management tasks, including documentation, data gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Help prepare client deliverables such as presentations, reports and transformation road‑maps.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate student with a strong interest in consulting and HR transformation.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and curiosity about organisational change.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take on varied responsibilities.
