Content & Community Marketing Executive

About the role

ButterBee is seeking a Content & Community Marketing Executive to bring its activewear brand to life through engaging social media content and community initiatives. This hands‑on role blends creativity, trend‑spotting, and on‑camera work to showcase products and connect with the brand’s audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, staying current with trends and viral formats.
• Plan and coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoots with founders, customers, KOLs, and partners.
• Appear on‑camera for product try‑ons, styling videos, and lifestyle reels, delivering authentic brand stories.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
• Assist with partnership outreach, community building, and relationship management with fitness studios, brands, and influencers.
• Help organise and cover events, pop‑ups, fitness classes, and other brand activations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, brand marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and community engagement.
• Highly organized, creative, and comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Passionate about wellness, fashion, and storytelling.

Required skills

• Video filming and editing.
• Content creation for Instagram and TikTok.
