Content Manager – B2B Storytelling (JAPAC)

About the role

Maker Lab is seeking a Content Manager for the JAPAC region to drive B2B brand authority through compelling customer storytelling. You will own the end‑to‑end case‑study pipeline, collaborate with sales and field marketing, and work closely with global web teams to publish high‑impact content.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage a rolling pipeline of regional customer story candidates.
• Lead the full production cycle of case studies, including outreach, interviews, drafting, internal reviews and final sign‑off.
• Write and edit case studies, blog posts, whitepapers and email copy that clearly articulate business outcomes.
• Support video content creation, from planning and scripting to vendor coordination.
• Maintain editorial calendars and production trackers to keep content pipelines on schedule.
• Audit and update existing digital content for relevance and alignment with product changes.
• Coordinate with global web and publishing teams for timely uploads and on‑site optimisation.
• Manage communication and asset hand‑offs with external agencies, freelancers and video vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or copy production, focused on B2B audiences.
• Proven record of creating high‑performing content across blogs, social media and email channels.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English with the ability to craft narratives for technical and creative audiences.
• Highly organised self‑starter comfortable leading customer‑facing communication independently.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrixed, international organisation.
• Fluency in an additional regional language (Japanese or Korean) is a plus.
