About the role
Sephora Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its regional corporate communications function. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will shape and execute communication strategies across eight countries, aligning leadership messaging with business transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and roll out Sephora’s ambition and purpose into a unified internal narrative for a multi‑market retail organization.
- Design and scale a multi‑platform communications ecosystem for internal and external audiences.
- Create and distribute regular updates on company priorities, achievements, and regional developments.
- Lead high‑impact content pillars that raise Sephora’s retail leadership visibility and strengthen regional positioning.
- Partner with HR to plan and execute employee communication projects such as townhalls, webinars, videos, intranet, and social media campaigns.
- Bridge communication gaps across Finance, Tech, Marketing, Retail, and Digital functions, translating complex priorities into clear messaging.
- Drive community impact and CSR communication initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate communications within a multi‑country retail or consumer‑goods environment.
- Strong strategic narrative and leadership storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with global communications teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
