About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager or Assistant Contracts Manager with a strong background in Quantity Surveying to lead financial aspects of general building projects across Singapore. You will work closely with project teams to ensure budgets are controlled and contractual obligations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project budget tracking, cost forecasts, and financial analysis throughout project execution.
- Drive value‑engineering initiatives and cost‑optimization efforts to improve project profitability.
- Support project teams in preparing and submitting timely, well‑substantiated claims, including variations and contractual entitlements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveying Manager in general or civil construction.
