Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager (QS) – General Building Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager with a strong Quantity Surveying background to lead tender and pre‑contract activities for general building projects across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for building and construction projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and contract documents.
• Perform quantity take‑offs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations.
• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare tender costing sheets, commercial proposals, and cost build‑ups.
• Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise clarification queries when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, tendering, or pre‑contract functions.
• Experience working with main contractors is highly preferred.
