Contract Manager – Up to $6,000 + Allowances (Boon Lay)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading façade and curtain‑wall engineering MNC in Singapore. The role involves overseeing contract administration, cost control, and commercial aspects of construction projects, primarily based at our Boon Lay office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse contractual scope and conditions for each project.
• Review commercial terms with Project Managers and source approved subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, prepare payment applications and variation quotations.
• Compare tender documents with awarded contracts and construction drawings.
• Coordinate timely appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate progress payments, certify completed works, and manage variations.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, update budget reports, and close‑out projects.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management, quantity surveying, and construction project administration.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project commercial management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
