Contract Psychologist – Novena

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Psychologist to join our team in Novena, Singapore. The role focuses on developing and evaluating scam assessment programmes and supporting trauma‑informed practices for victims. This is a one‑year contract position with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and review of scam assessment and support programmes.
• Develop programme criteria and outcome evaluation frameworks.
• Design and review research tools such as interviews, questionnaires and databases.
• Conduct data transcription, cleaning and both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Prepare technical and academic reports.
• Develop training, seminar and conference materials.
• Support trauma‑informed practices, particularly in victimology.
• Assist with training and assessment activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
• Experience in psychology, behavioural sciences, research or related fields.
• Experience in research and project management.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and statistical software.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed approaches is an advantage.
• Forensic or victim‑support experience is an advantage.
