Contracts Manager / Deputy Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Manager or Deputy Contracts Manager to lead the full tender and contract lifecycle for large‑scale construction projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing contract compliance, budgeting, and commercial negotiations for projects exceeding $100 million.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete tender process and review contract documents.
• Handle cost, change, and claim management.
• Draft official correspondence to stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project budgets, contract revenue, and cash flow.
• Ensure contractual compliance and conformance throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a similar senior position.
• Experience managing contracts valued over $100 million.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS).
• Strong knowledge of contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
• Background in Quantity Surveying.
