Coordinator, Shared Operations

About the role

The Coordinator of Shared Operations supports front‑of‑house Attractions teams by ensuring park infrastructure runs smoothly. This role handles maintenance queries, technical work orders and equipment issuance, while providing timely data tracking and reporting to keep back‑of‑house functions efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage incoming maintenance queries, safety issues and emergency situations for attractions.
• Create, monitor and follow up on technical work orders to guarantee timely maintenance.
• Input, track and report confidential data accurately and within required timeframes.
• Manage equipment issuance, exchange and inventory for multiple departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism, or a related field.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays and occasional night events.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Effective problem‑solving and reasoning skills.
