Corporate Counsel – APAC Satellite Initiative

About the role

Amazon Leo is building a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to deliver high‑speed broadband to underserved communities. We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to join the Amazon Legal team and support the commercial business development and sales functions across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide transactional legal support to the Amazon Leo commercial and sales teams.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements for strategic partnerships and enterprise customer deals.
• Develop risk‑mitigation strategies and processes that enable rapid business execution.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address legal issues in a business‑centric manner.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years of transactional support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for technology and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Sound judgment and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
