About the role

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Education Consultant to drive outbound sales of our AI‑focused training programmes. The role involves contacting businesses, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable courses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses and introduce our career‑focused tech courses.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Follow up warm leads via calls, CRM, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and earn incentives.
• Collaborate with the Telesales Manager and team to refine sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence on calls.
• Goal‑driven mindset with a desire to achieve and earn.
• Dependable, proactive, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and performance‑based targets.
• Fresh candidates with motivation are welcome; prior telesales experience is a plus.
