Assistant Regional Business Development Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Regional Business Development Manager at HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Beverages, you will be the primary contact for partners and clients across the APAC region. You will identify, negotiate and build strategic agreements that expand the company’s market presence while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales across all markets beyond the current assigned list through distributor networks.
• Align with distributors and market managers on launch plans, forecasts, market share and profitability targets.
• Coordinate sourcing brewery identification and design optimal route‑to‑consumer models.
• Develop pricing strategies, cluster management plans and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines.
• Maintain profitable relationships with distributors, monitor industry trends and provide performance coaching.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with overseas customers and distributors, including renewals and terminations.
• Support trade‑marketing activities and BTL campaigns in line with shopper drivers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial development and sales within the beverage or consumer‑goods sector.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate market data, forecasts and competitive information.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with distributors and partners.
