Corporate Finance Manager – M&A Advisory

About the role

PwC's Deals Advisory Practice in Singapore advises businesses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets, covering strategy, deal origination, transaction support, finance raising and post-deal integration. It is looking for a manager-level person to join its Corporate Finance services, delivering deal solutions from initiation through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory services
• Work on project teams preparing presentation materials and pitches
• Execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors
• Own deal execution, including financial modelling

Required profile

• Degree in a business or finance-related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional transaction experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses
• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling
• Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative
