Corporate Finance Senior Manager – M&A and Restructuring

About the role

PwC's Deals Advisory practice in Singapore, the largest in the country, advises businesses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets. It is seeking a Senior Manager for its Corporate Finance services, where you will act as lead advisor on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, take-overs, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance work, running pitches and engagements independently under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, take-overs, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance matters
• Independently run and deliver pitches and engagements, from initiation through to deal completion
• Work in a team-based environment with partners' overall guidance

Required profile

• Relevant university degree(s) and/or MBA
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses
• Proven experience in deal origination, deal execution and project management
• Leadership, communication, analytical and attention-to-detail skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and a self-starter with strong organisational skills
