Corporate Paralegal – Entry Level (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to support our boutique law firm’s corporate and commercial practice. This is an entry‑level position designed for fresh graduates, offering comprehensive training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and formatting legal documents, agreements and corporate records.
• Conduct legal, regulatory and corporate searches.
• Prepare board and shareholders' resolutions and other corporate documentation.
• Support company incorporations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Assist with legal due diligence and maintain transaction data rooms.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities and external service providers.
• Organise and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
• Provide legal research support and handle ad‑hoc assignments.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Law, Business, Accountancy, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
