Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

We are hiring driven and results‑oriented Corporate Sales Executives to grow our enterprise training business. This B2B consultative sales role engages SMEs, multinational corporations, HR leaders and other decision‑makers to understand workforce development needs and propose tailored digital training solutions. The position offers a dynamic environment where you will help organisations upskill their teams.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Identify business challenges and workforce gaps, and recommend suitable digital technology training solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customised proposals.
• Negotiate and close corporate training agreements aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal operations and training teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people grow and a resilient, gritty work ethic.
• Experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably within corporate training or digital solutions.
• Ability to understand workforce development needs and translate them into tailored offerings.
• Executive‑level candidates focus on new business development; manager‑level candidates handle larger enterprise accounts and may mentor junior staff.
