About the role
Bacha Coffee is seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Representative to manage and grow its corporate client base. You will act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring excellent service and driving new business opportunities across our premium Arabica coffee portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with corporate clients to handle orders, enquiries, and account servicing.
- Manage existing corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular contact and follow‑up.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Support sales conferences, meetings and audits.
- Prepare quotations, manage pre‑sales activities and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, relationship management or account servicing.
- Experience in F&B, luxury goods or hotel sectors is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, French).
- Proactive, result‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
- Positive brand representation and teamwork mindset.
