Corporate Solutions Consultant – B2B Financial Adviser

About the role

CO Wealth Advisory is seeking a self‑driven Corporate Solutions Consultant to act as a B2B Financial Adviser. The role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate accounts, providing employee healthcare benefits and commercial insurance solutions to business owners and HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new corporate clients and grow the corporate portfolio.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing business accounts.
• Provide ongoing advice and service for employee healthcare benefits, commercial and general insurance needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Solutions business.

Required profile

• Minimum A‑Levels, full diploma (3 years) or university degree.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive, engaging personality.
• Experience in sales, marketing, client servicing, business development or relationship management is advantageous but not mandatory.
