Corporate Support Internship - Real Estate & Project Management

About the role

GSK's Workplace, Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) team in Singapore is recruiting a corporate support intern for January to June 2027. The intern supports workplace, real estate and facilities initiatives across APAC, taking part in live projects and assignments while studying full time.

Key responsibilities

• Support workplace improvement and office projects, from planning and due diligence through delivery and close-out.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, landlords, vendors and service providers.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports and data visualisations for leadership and project governance.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking and basic financial analysis.
• Assist regional strategic programmes such as Employee Experience, ESG, DEI and workplace culture.
• Maintain project documentation, compliance records and operational processes across the APAC portfolio.
• Collaborate with WREF colleagues across APAC and learn how a global organisation manages its workplace portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma, preferably in Real Estate, Project Management, Facility Management, Building Services or Business Administration.
• Enrolled at a Singapore university during the internship, doing a full-time credit-bearing internship.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Interest in the commercial world and the biopharma industry, and adaptability to change and pressure.
