Costing & Sourcing Executive – Electronics Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Costing & Sourcing Executive to support our electronics manufacturing operations. The role involves managing supplier relationships, preparing cost analyses, and ensuring competitive quotations for electronic components and assemblies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and compare pricing to support procurement activities.
• Prepare product costing, BOM cost analysis and pricing proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms while identifying cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance and assist with purchasing and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning and Sales to ensure timely sourcing and project execution.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing or procurement within EMS, electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies and related materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.
