Course Consultant Assistant

About the role

A private education institution, registered with the Ministry of Education in Singapore since 2007 and focused on exam preparation, is hiring a Course Consultant Assistant in Central, Singapore. The role combines client relationship management, indoor sales of courses and support for marketing events. The position is permanent and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, agents and internal team members
• Conduct indoor sales by introducing courses to new and existing clients
• Manage the company's social media accounts, independently and as part of a team
• Support marketing events and outreach activities such as seminars, talks and presentations
• Handle student registrations and keep client records up to date in the company system
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

• At least a Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents and customers
• Good understanding of Chinese clients' needs and communication style
• Responsive, responsible and patient, with a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people
• Strong team player who can also work independently
• Willing to communicate outside regular working hours and available to work on weekends

Required skills

• Plus point: experience managing social media platforms such as XiaoHongShu, WeChat Official Account, Douyin/TikTok and Instagram
• Good-to-have: proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and/or photo and video editing tools

What we offer

• Pay of SGD 3,200 to 3,500 (negotiable)
• 44 working hours per week with 1.5 days off, including weekend work
• Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm (half day 1:00pm to 6:30pm); Saturday and Sunday 9:30am to 6:30pm
• No work on public holidays and a year-end bonus
