CRM & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Pizza Hut Singapore is seeking a commercially driven professional to lead CRM and digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape the customer journey, boost retention, and drive digital growth across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRM strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, win‑back and loyalty.
• Design personalised journeys using EDM, push notifications, SMS and in‑app messages.
• Segment customers based on behavioural and transactional data to increase CLTV and repeat purchases.
• Manage and optimise the loyalty programme and related engagement campaigns.
• Plan and run paid media, SEO/SEM, social and owned‑channel campaigns, collaborating with media agencies to maximise ROAS.
• Support website, mobile app and digital ordering platform optimisation to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with delivery partners (GrabFood, foodpanda, etc.) to run promotions and maximise marketplace visibility.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a passion for CRM and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑transaction consumer business.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable campaigns.
