Cross-Border FX Sales Manager

About the role

Join CYS Global Remit as a Cross‑Border FX Sales Manager, driving new business for our foreign exchange products and services. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn FX sales, settlement, and cross‑border payments while building relationships with corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through outbound calls, email, and social media outreach.
• Perform KYC and CDD procedures for corporate and personal account openings.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while pursuing sales goals.

Required profile

• At least an "O" Level qualification; fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong written communication in English and Chinese to handle client queries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Interest in learning FX sales, settlement, and cross‑border payments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
