Customer Acquisition Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking motivated recent graduates or individuals completing National Service who want to jump‑start their career beyond a routine 9‑to‑6 job. As a Customer Acquisition Specialist you will represent established brands, engage directly with customers, and develop core sales and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent partner brands and promote their products or services to prospective customers.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, or in‑person interactions to generate leads and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help refine outreach strategies.
