Customer Education and Training Manager, Injectable Aesthetics

About the role

Galderma, a dermatology company active in about 90 countries, is looking for a Customer Education and Training Manager for its Injectable Aesthetics portfolio. The role plans and runs clinical education for healthcare practitioners (HCPs) and coaches them on the Galderma aesthetic injectables portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute clinical education programs and initiatives for HCPs to support their knowledge of the Galderma Aesthetics portfolio
• Provide direct coaching and guidance to HCPs so the team stays clinically and commercially proficient
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on scientific events promoting each brand's focus area and Galderma's injection methodology
• Monitor monthly customer education and training activities and expenses, and prepare evaluation reports on training activities
• Manage, report and follow up with HCPs on product quality complaints and adverse events with the relevant departments
• Keep up to date with injection techniques and beauty concepts related to aesthetic injectables
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures where needed

Required profile

• University degree (BS or Master) in Pharmacy, Nursing or a medical-related major
• At least 5 years of training or sales experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working with healthcare practitioners; experience with key opinion leader (KOL) management is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Intermediate to advanced English in reading, writing, listening and speaking
• Growth mindset, high personal integrity, self-motivated and a team player
